Schedule of works
Excavate site to a depth not less than 250mm.
Remove all debris from site.
Backfill with crushed concrete mechanically consolidated to a thickness of 125mm.
Supply and lay geo textile weed suppressing membrane.
Further backfill with type one aggregate.
Mechanically consolidated to a thickness of 50mm.
Supply and install ....m of drainage channels and ....trapped gullies.
Supply and install ...recessed manhole covers.
Supply and lay edge blocks and kerbstones and sand and cement and haunch with concrete.
Further back fill with sharp sand screeded to contours and mechanically consolidated to 25mm.
Supply and lay 50mm paving blocks in herringbone pattern 45 degrees to the house.
Mechanically consolidate and brush in kiln dried jointing sand.
Clean site and leave ready for immediate use
